NBA legend Glen Rice and Coach Rex enthusiastically led the Jr. Coaches and campers to start the day with various warm up moves and gradually started more intense programs of basketball clinics, fitness drills, games and English lessons.

Many campers are veterans of the FIT Camps and came prepared with markers in hand to try to obtain autographs from Glen during breaks while sweating and joking around with friends.

All in all, everyone enjoyed themselves today in the cool, air-conditioned gym. Despite a few moans about muscle aches, everyone walked away with authentic NBA trainning and even more importantly a respect for others and the value of giving back to society.
