COACHING ASSOCIATE

Jim Sann enters his fourth season as a coaching associate on Lawrence Frank’s staff. Prior to joining the Nets, Sann served as an assistant coach/advance scout for the Houston Rockets during the 2004-05 season and spent one season as an assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors in 2003-04.

Totaling 16 years of NBA experience, Sann got his start in the NBA in 1992 with the New York Knicks. In 11 seasons with New York, Sann served in a number of positions, including video coordinator and director of basketball administration.

A native of Larchmont, New York, Sann holds a degree in political science from the University of Colorado.
