Can I sell my tickets to other fans if I can’t make a game?
Yes. You can now sell tickets anonymously by logging into Account Manager through our TicketMaster TicketExchange program. There is no fee for posting tickets.

How do I forward my tickets to someone if I can’t attend a game?
Simply log in to your Nets account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient’s information and select “Forward”. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode that can be printed using any standard printer.

If I am not able to use my tickets for an upcoming game, can I donate them to charity?
Yes. You can donate your tickets to a charity by using your Nets Account Manager. Please note that you must donate your tickets at least 72 hours in advance of the game.

What can I do with my unused Nets tickets?
The Ticket Trade Policy allows full and half season ticket holders to trade in unused tickets for tickets to designated Nets games.

What are the designated ticket trade games for the 2008-09 season?
• Friday, December 5th, 7:30pm v. Milwaukee Bucks

• Friday, January 2nd, 7:30pm v. Atlanta Hawks

• Monday, January 12th, 7:30pm v. Oklahoma City

• Friday, February 20th, 7:30pm v. Washington Wizards

What if I lose or misplace my tickets for a game?
No Problem – You can do 1 of 3 things:
1. Using Account Manager you can forward the tickets to yourself or the person using them and print them at home or at work on any standard printer.

2. Send your VIP Access and Experience representative a written request of which game to reprint, your seat location, reason for the reprint, and a name in which to leave the tickets at will call. Please make sure to contact your rep at least 4 hours prior to the start of the game.

3. You can go to window 16 the night of the game with your Nets VIP card or photo ID and account number.

How do I activate my 2009 Playoff tickets that were included in my regular season ticket booklet?
You must contact your VIP Access and Experience representative during the renewal period to activate your Playoff tickets. As in past seasons, half season ticket holders will receive Playoff ticket information with their renewal package.

How can I purchase additional tickets for Nets games?
As a Season Ticket Holder, you purchase additional tickets through your VIP Access and Experience representative or the VIP Access & Experience department at a discount.

Can I offer my company and employees’ special Nets ticket offers?
Yes. You can sign up your company for our Group Manager program, an online ticket resource that allows organizations to promote specially discounted tickets to their employees. There is no cost to your company!

At what age do children need a ticket?
Children ages 2 and older need a ticket for entry into a game. A lap seat ticket can be purchased for a child to sit on the lap of an adult in his or her regularly purchased game seat. The ticket must be purchased day of game in the Izod Center Box Office at window 16. The child must also be present when purchasing the ticket.

Can I forward my parking pass using Account Manager?
At this time, parking cannot be forwarded through Account Manager. Parking passes are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Where do I go if I’m picking up or dropping off someone at a Nets game?
Pick up and drop offs take place at Lot 20 on Plaza K near Gate C.

Am I able to bring a bag into the arena for Nets games?
No. Prohibited items include large bags, backpacks, briefcases, coolers, video cameras, and other recording devices. Please visit meadowlands.com for more information on prohibited items.

When do the doors open at the Izod Center for Nets games?
The doors open one hour prior to the start of the game. If you are a Nets VIP All Access card holder, you can gain access to the arena an hour and a half before tip-off.

Are there any parking changes for the upcoming season due to the Xanadu construction?
There are a few changes to the lot #’s for the 2008-09 season. See below for an updated parking map.

How do I obtain wheelchair seating for Nets games?
Please contact your VIP Access and Experience representative for information on obtaining wheelchair seating on a per game basis. Wheelchair seating is available upon request but subject to availability.

What does my VIP All Access Card entitle me to?
Your VIP All Access Card entitles you access to the arena, via the box office entrance, an hour and a half before tip-off, access to “Season Ticket Holder Only” lines at the permanent concession stands located outside of sections 105, 111, 119, and 125, and discounts from some of our corporate partners.

Where can I find a Nets representative on game days/nights?
Nets representatives are located at window 16 at the Izod Center Box office and on the concourse at Gates A and C through half-time

I lost something at the game. How can I check if it was found?
We have a lost and found at the Izod Center located within the North Event Safety Office. You can contact them directly at (201) 460-4341.
