In the first outdoor NBA game of the modern era, the Nuggets and Phoenix Suns will face off at the 16,000 seat Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, Calif. on Oct. 11th. The game will be televised nationally on TNT.

On Oct. 17th, the Nuggets and Suns will square off again, this time as Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony returns to Syracuse where he helped win a National Championship in 2003.

Additionally, the Nuggets will make trips to Bismarck, N.D. (vs. Minnesota on Oct. 19th) and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (vs. Toronto on Oct. 21st) before closing out the preseason in Los Angeles against the Clippers on Oct. 24th.
