Nuggets "Golden Ticket" Promotion

The following prizes available while supplies last at each participating dealership:
1. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Denver Nuggets’ “Golden Ticket” Promotion driven by Kia Motors (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the state of Colorado, who reside within 75 miles of the city of Denver and are at least 18 years of age, have a valid Colorado driver’s license and car insurance as of the date and time the Promotion is first made known to the public. Promotion not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of employees of the Denver Nuggets, Kia Motors America, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 2. 3. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible fans who visit one of the eight (8) participating Front Range Kia retailers between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 and test drive any new Kia vehicle will be eligible to select a prize envelope at the retailer on the same visit, while supplies last. One prize envelope per customer, regardless of how many vehicles are test driven.

PRIZES:The following prizes available while supplies last at each participating dealership: One hundred twenty-five (125) coded ticket vouchers each good for a pair of tickets to a 2008-09 Nuggets regular season home game (2000 total - all game dates have been pre-determined and cannot be re-scheduled or exchanged); Sixty-two (62) gift cards to Altitude Authentics (i.e., Nuggets Official Team Store at Pepsi Center) valued at $10 each (496 total); One (1) merchandise item autographed by a current Nuggets player or team (8 total); One (1) pair of luxury suite tickets to the Nuggets vs. Portland Trail Blazers game at Pepsi Center on March 5, 2009 (16 total); One (1) pair of tickets to the annual “Kia Motors presents the 2009 Nuggets Bowling Ball” on January 22, 2009 (16 total) and a Nuggets team-autographed bowling pin (8 total). Gift cards will be included in prize voucher upon selection. Ticket vouchers must be redeemed online at Nuggets.com before pickup at the Pepsi Center will-call box office. All other prize winners must contact the identified Denver Nuggets personnel by the determined date on the prize voucher in order to redeem (i.e., autographed merchandise, suite tickets, bowling ball invitation). If these winners do not contact the Denver Nuggets by the chosen date they will forfeit their prize qualification. If the winning fan is unavailable for the suite night or bowling ball event, these prizes can be transferrable to a chosen replacement by the respective prize winners to participate. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 6. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to release the Promotion Entities, including the NBA and NBA Properties, Inc., from any and all liability claims or actions of any kinds whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. The Promotion Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify COMPANY, Denver Nuggets, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either entrant’s participation; or the receipt use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. In consideration for being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner’s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by COMPANY, Denver Nuggets and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates. Contest void where prohibited. 7. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsors, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Colorado, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Colorado. 8. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS’ LIST REQUESTS: For a list of winners after February 1, 2009, send your request to Denver Nuggets, c/o Golden Ticket Promotion, 1000 Chopper Circle, Denver, CO 80204. 10. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: The approximate retail value of the prize awarded to each Winner is $50.00. All prizes are subject to availability, and the Denver Nuggets reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in their sole discretion. The odds of winning will depend on the number of test drives taken. Winners may forfeit their right to qualify as a Winner or to participate in the Sweepstakes, and the Denver Nuggets may or may not, in its sole discretion, choose to conduct additional random drawings to select replacement Winners. Winners may not assign, transfer or substitute prizes, or redeem prizes for cash value. Winners will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with their prize(s). Winners must sign all the Required Documents and, at the Denver Nuggets’ election, a prize acceptance form within the time specified in order to receive their prize(s). All necessary transportation and/or accommodations are solely the responsibility of the Winners. Winners are responsible for any and all other expenses including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, transportation, parking and personal purchases. No responsibility is assumed by the Denver Nuggets for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules or Entry Forms to their members.
