Pregame Clinics
A Jr. Wolves clinic prior to a Timberwolves game is an opportunity for your team, league, association or youth group to get together for a day of fun and a memorable NBA experience. Beginning three hours prior to the Timberwolves tip-off, the clinics are one hour in length and held on the Wolves' main court at Target Center. Each clinic will feature drills and games geared to teaching kids ages 7-14 basics and fundamentals. Our hope is that each participant leaves with small building blocks with which they can improve their individual game.

The cost of the clinic is simply the purchase of a discounted ticket to that day/night's Timberwolves game. Parents, family and friends are welcome to attend the clinic and encouraged to bring a camera to capture a photo of their child on the Timberwolves court. The purchase of a game ticket is required for all clinic spectators. At the conclusion of the clinic, everyone is welcome to remain courtside for an up-close look at their favorite NBA stars during pregame warmups.

Off-Site Clinics
The Timberwolves have developed outreach clinics for communities and programs that are either restricted by time and travel or would prefer the exclusivity of a clinic in their own gym. An off-site clinic provides the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of the NBA by bring the NBA right to you. Timberwolves staff, along with area high school and college coaches, will host this experience right in your community. Whether it is building drills to help your kids improve, fun and games, or a combination of both, we will tailor the clinic to meet your needs. We will deliver a positive experience for all age and skill levels within your program. With over 40 such clinics and several thousand participants anticipated for the upcoming season, this is a great way to team up with the Timberwolves to provide an NBA experience for your kids.

Coaches Clinics
Timberwolves Coaches Clinics are designed to benefit the beginner coach as well as experienced coaches looking for a competitive edge. Our Jr. Wolves staff has over 40 years of combined experience at the youth, high school and collegiate basketball level. You will learn fundamental drills to implement into your own team practices. We will also teach you basic offensive and defensive sets for you to build upon throughout your season as your team improves. You will learn how to run an efficient and purposeful practice and get the most out of each opportunity with your team.

Each coach will receive a manual that will serve as a blueprint for establishing his/her own program. The manual will provide drills in ball handling, defense, passing, rebounding, shooting and much more! Coaching manuals will also contain practice sheets for plays, coaching checklists, practice agendas, as well as scouting sheets, shot/rebound charts and much more for the advanced grades. Our staff will take the time to answer any questions and can be used as a resource for you throughout the season. Whenever you have questions, we are just a phone call or e-mail away. We believe that all of these materials and resources will help any coach look like a winner and most importantly improve your team.
