The Junior Warriors Basketball League is now in its 10th season. Through partnerships with a variety of youth agencies, the Golden State Warriors are able to enhance existing youth leagues by providing exciting components. Each Junior Warriors participant receives a reversible micro-mesh jersey (shorts are optional), a headband, a certificate of participation and more.
Other special features of the program include a Coaches Clinic for all coaches affiliated with the League led by members of the Warriors coaching staff, player clinics and the Junior Warriors Classic which allows two Junior Warriors teams to play at ORACLE Arena prior to a Warriors home game.
The Junior Warriors Basketball League is also a proud member of the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA, a program designed to provide instructional materials for players, coaches, parents and officials. For more general information on the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA, click here.
More than 90,000 Bay Area youth have been able to participate in the Junior Warriors Basketball League since its inception in 2000.
