We receive several hundred pieces of fan mail every month for our players and coaches, which are forwarded directly to them. All fan mail, which is addressed to our Community Relations Department, is answered by staff. Occasionally, the letters include cards and photos with a request for an autograph. Please exercise caution if you send an item to be signed (and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope), as there is no guarantee that it will be returned.

How do I get a players autograph?
The players make several appearances throughout the season at various locations for sponsors and Warriors events. That’s a great time to try and catch the players for an autograph. To find out where they will be appearing, sign up for GTOe-mail.
If you would like to have an item signed, please exercise caution if you send an item to be signed (and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope), as there is no guarantee that it will be returned.

Through the donation of tickets, autographed memorabilia, promotional items, player and talent appearances, and monetary contributions, the Warriors support hundreds of community organizations and individuals annually.

Through the Warriors ticket donation programs, hundreds of non-profit organizations throughout the Bay Area will have the opportunity to receive tickets to Warriors home games. The program is comprised of two components: "Share Your Seats" and the Player Ticket Program

How can I perform the national anthem at a Warriors game?
The Wariiors have a limited number of performance opportunities during the season. Demo recordings can be forwarded to:

How can I put a birthday or anniversary message on the big screen at a Warriors game?
Slam dunk surprise that special person in your life with a personalized scoreboard message at a Warriors home game! For just $100, you can wish someone a happy birthday, celebrate a special occasion, welcome a loved one to a game... even propose marriage! You're sure to score big with family and friends. All Scoreboard messages must be received by 12:00 noon, two business days prior to game day.

Can I bring a banner to the game?
Signs are permitted as long as the information contained on them is not politically, religiously, or commercially motivated, do not carry obscene messages and do not interfere with the sightlines of other guests. Warriors and Arena Guest Representatives reserve the right to ask any fan to remove a sign or banner from ORACLE Arena.

What is the camera policy for Warriors games?
Cameras with lenses less than 3 inches in length are permitted, but the use of a flash is not allowed. All types of video and audio equipment are not permitted in ORACLE Arena.

A ticket is required for children 24 months and older.

Can I bring my own food or drinks into the Arena?
Food and/or beverages of any kind may not be brought into ORACLE Arena. Food and beverages, including carving stations, hot dogs, pasta, pizza, salads, wrap sandwiches and much more are available at concession stands throughout the Arena.

Large bags, coolers and large backpacks will not be allowed in ORACLE Arena.

How much is parking?
North and South parking lots open two hours prior to tip-off. Parking fees are $15.00 for automobiles, $40.00 for limousines and $40.00 for buses.

Where is will call located?
The “Will Call” window opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off of each home game. The “Will Call” window is located on the Plaza Level next to the ORACLE Arena Box Office. Picture identification is required.

Are there ATM’s at the Arena?
Automatic Teller Machines are located on the main concourse near sections 110 and 124 and on the upper concourse near sections 204 and 223.

I lost something at the game, what should I do?
Lost and Found articles are left at the ORACLE Arena Security Office until the
end of an event. All unclaimed lost and found items are stored for 30 days.

Times of all games are subject to change without notice. However, when changes
are made, the Warriors will make every effort to notify season ticket holders
and the general public prior to the game. Up to date game information is also
