ANDRIS THE ALL-STAR?
posted by: Warriors PR January 2, 2009
It's not that Andris Biedrins is the NBA's version of Mr. Dangerfield and gets no respect, it's just that most people on a national level simply don't know much about the Warriors young and ever-improving 22-year old center.
KEEPING BUSY AND LOOKING FORWARD TO CHRISTMAS
posted by: Ronny Turiaf December 23, 2008
So I have to tell you about a couple of very cool experiences I have had on this road trip. First off, I went to my first ever hockey game. On our off-day in Atlanta, I went down to the lobby in the morning to head out for practice and I saw a bunch of stocky, 5’10’’ – 5’11’’ guys walking around the lobby. Then I recognized one guy and I was like “wow, I think that’s Sidney Crosby” of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
GETTING CAUGHT UP DURING THE BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON

The 2008-09 season is now over one month old, and the Warriors are heading into the Holiday Season, which is traditionally one of the busiest times for the entire organization. A team that should be a factor in the Western Conference for years to come.

The Warriors acquired Jamal Crawford from the New York Knicks on Friday. The 28-year-old combo guard will bring his multi-faceted skill set to Don Nelson and the Golden State Warriors. Earlier today, I had the chance to speak with the newest Warrior, and you can access the interview in the latest edition of the Journal.
INSIDE THE WARRIORS OPEN PRACTICE
posted by: Warriors.com October 26, 2008
As the team conducted several warm-up drills, Nelson was his usual colorful self, making wisecracks and other interesting comments about his players. But it wasn't all jokes and laughs, as Nellie gave an honest assessment of the team and openly discussed how the team has to make one more cut in order to set its Opening Night roster to 15 players.
